- Hilarious in Hindsight:
- In this story, Dorry and Broggy's century long Duel to the Death was ludicrous even by Giant standards which Morley called an elder to formally end the duel. In Chapter 1076 of One Piece, Dorry and Brogy's duel has somehow been ended as they are seen alive on Elbaf.
- In this story, Sabo ate the Ash-Ash Fruit which granted him the Logia power over ashes. In Chapter 1083 of One Piece, Karasu of the Revolutionary Army is revealed to have eaten the Soot-Soot Fruit, which grants him Logia power over ashes as well. It would be amusing to see the interactions between fellow Logias of a similar element in this story.
