YMMV / The Leopard from Lime Street

• I Am Not Shazam: An interesting case as Billy is the only person to call himself the Leopard from Lime Street. Everyone else however calls him the Leopard, Leopardman, Leopardboy or the Beast of Selbridge.
• Iconic Sequel Outfit: Billy's third costume is the one he sticks with, having abandoned his original costume design not long after the comic started. His second was pretty similar to the third except for the eyes, which were originally part of the mask until they were removed so that Billy's actual eyes could be seen.
• Values Dissonance: The comic portrays uncle Charlie as a horrible person who often abuses Billy, yet at the same time neither Billy or aunt Joan attempt to get help from the police or leave him. It's also strange how happy Billy can be despite the situation, though admittedly he does have a Superpowered Evil Side seemingly born from his anger over being abused. It can be off-putting for modern readers to see Charlie suddenly hit Billy and there not being any focus on Billy trying to improve his and Joan's lives.
