  • A minor one, but... when Tonraq stops Eska and Zuko's conversation to focus on keeping P'Li in her prison, is he just being practical or was his Papa Wolf tendencies making HIM lose focus or uncomfortable? Keep in mind, Zuko and Eska were talking about how they each almost killed the Avatar. Take a moment to remember who Tonraq's daughter is.
  • Added Fridge Brilliance; Zuko started by saying he hired a firebender like P'Li to hunt the Avatar, a Call-Back to season 3 of Avatar: The Last Airbender. The thing is, Zuko's words were "Ironically, I hired a guy with a similar ability to kill the Avatar myself once" (emphasis added for this entry). While Tonraq probably knew history well enough to know who Zuko meant, he has spent about fourteen years of associating the word "Avatar" with his daughter and Zuko never mentioned Aang's name.
