First Installment Wins: The first Exterminator movie had several DVD releases and even got a blu-ray. The second film wasn't released on DVD until 2013. Take a wild guess why.

Cliché Storm: Some of the most prominent revenge exploitation cliches show up.
Cult Classic: Big enough to get a blu-ray release.
Designated Hero: John Eastland can come off as a simple yet vicious murderous thug no better than X at times. Doesn't help that revenge is the main character motivation for both X and Eastland himself, although X also wants to control the city by flooding it with drugs.
So Bad, It's Good: Unlike the first one, this movie was produced by The Cannon Group. Because of that, it has lots of cheese and goofiness to offer in the middle of all the violence.
