• Ensemble Dark Horse: Felicity in Season One.
  • Tessa in Season Two despite being an unknowing daughter to Margot and Ben.
• Moral Event Horizon: Rhys crossed this when he murdered fan favorite Felicity. Probably why she was revealed to be alive when Rhys was made part of the heroes in Season 2.
• Presumed Flop: The series was seen as a dull crime drama by critics, yet it got a reputation as a Cult Classic, but actually got good viewing figures. Its reputation as a failure came from the fact it seemed like a case of Follow the Leader when at the time, it wasn't anything like other crime dramas given the premise of "Private Eye falls in love with Con Man".
