• Critic-Proof: This episode when aired back in 2008 received very poor reviews from critics, who dismissed the dismal ending of Sheldon and Leonard's sick and injured situation unresolved and called the plot dull and thin. Ironically, this episode has become one of The Big Bang Theory's most economically profitable episodes due to the "Soft Kitty" song alone even generating its own merchandise either with or without referencing the show itself. "Soft Kitty" even helped boost the show's fame and popularity.
