- Fridge Brilliance: In Chapter 31, it's revealed that Edmund is Gustaf's son Odon. Of course this would be true, because Odon is the Hungarian equivalent to Edmund. They're the exact same name!

Anna: If you don't hurry up! - Heartwarming Moments: In Chapter 39, Hans comes to Alek's defense when King Markus starts belittling him. Keep in mind that King Markus is someone all the princes are deathly afraid of, and Hans doesn't even bat an eye. He stands by his statement through and through. Just goes to show how much Alek and Hans have bonded over the course of the story, as well as some great Character Development on Hans' part.Hans: Alek has done more for the Southern Isles than all of us. If not for him, countless more would be dead, taken from their homes and tortured.
- Nightmare Fuel: The Sorcerer is creepy enough. And then he possesses Anna.
- Rewatch Bonus: Knowing who the Sorcerer is and what his backstory is gives a lot of context to the earlier chapters.
