• Complete Monster: Emperor Diga is a demented tyrant motivated by power and control. In his past, he took control of the Dragonoid Empire by manipulating the prince of the Tigeroid Empire, Luva, into joining him and forcing him to be a puppet for his empire's war crimes. To continue his tyranny across the realm, Diga sends his generals to retrieve the Tai Chi Cars across the Human World, and plots to destroy the tree that stabilizes the world to plunge it into chaos and remake it in his own image. Confronting the titular Tai Chi Chasers in his altar, Diga turns himself into a draconic demon and attempts to destroy everything.
