YMMV / Supergirl (2015) S2E12 "Luthors"

• Narm: Lillian claims that she and Lena are the only two Luthors left, as if Lex isn't still alive in prison. And, as she herself notes, she's not technically a Luthor as she doesn't have Lionel's bloodline.
• Unintentionally Unsympathetic: James questioning why Kara can't believe in his ability to serve as "The Guardian" would normally be a heartfelt moment and make you feel genuinely sorry for the guy, if it wasn't for the fact he was passing snap judgement upon Lena due to his and Clark's past interactions with her Evil Overlord brother and the Luthor family in general, and calling Kara's loyalty towards her friend misguided. And also the fact that there is a difference between having faith in someone's ability to be a superhero and having faith that a close friend has not committed a crime.
