• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • At the end of his review of "Enter The Dragonite", in response to Ash winning the Orange League, Suede comments that it will never happen again. A few days later, a historic episode aired in Japan. Suede himself admits what people must be thinking.
  • In the review of "Pikachu's Goodbye" Suede calls the conclusion of the episode "the most obvious outcome since Ash catching a Starter Pokémon". In Pokémon Journeys: The Series Ash wouldn't catch any of the Galar starters with them all being caught by Goh instead.
  • In the review of Pokémon: The First Movie, Linkara wonders what it would be like for a Barbie movie to open with philosophical narration like the Pokémon movie. He specifically calls out what "a life of fantasy" is worth "without reality". That ends up as one of the themes of Barbie (2023).
  • Jokes are made about Ash never returning for Pidgeot during Fighting Flyer with Fire. Ultimately Ash and Pidgeot would reunite in Ash's final episode, with Pidgeot outright rejoining Ash.
• Nightmare Fuel: It's played for laughs, but in "Wherefore Art Thou, Pokémon?", we get this rather...creepy little moment...
  Ash: (about a male Nidoran) You know, technically that could still be a Ditto.
  Boy: EVERYTHING could be a Ditto, you commenter!
  Ash: (sounding mildly terrified) ...everything?
  (Smash Cut to a picture of THE EARTH ITSELF with a giant Ditto face on it)
• Tear Jerker: This video, where Suede reveals that ShoPro got their hooks in him again...only this time, there's a chance that they could beat him.
