YMMV / Straight to Hell

• So Bad, It's Good: Alex Cox might have a cult following, but this faux Spaghetti Western certainly wasn't the reason. Filmed in four weeks with a script that was written in four days, it was essentially doomed from the start. You can see boom mics in places, the sound quality is horrendous, and instead of real actors, most of the cast are members of the 1980s punk scene who really, really can't act, in roles that shouldn't belong in a Western. The cast includes Zander Schloss of the Circle Jerks as a harried wiener salesman, Elvis Costello as a sassy butler and The Pogues as an incestuous clan of maniacal coffee addicts.
