• Ensemble Dark Horse: Ibuki is quite popular with the fans, as she gets glowing posts about her on the Tumblr page Fan Cure Confessions.
• Heartwarming Moments: During chapter 14, when Naori tells the girls about who she really is and what happened, she is utterly convinced everyone would hate her and turn against her. She even thinks Hirui is going to slap her... but instead, Hirui hugs her, and everyone else joins in, and she just breaks down. Not only is this moment sweet, but cathartic!
• Hilarious in Hindsight: Years after this fan fic was published, let alone finished, Star★Twinkle Pretty Cure came along, which also happens to use stars, planets, and space as a prominent theme, along with having a villain named Ophiuchus, enshrining Starshine among the many Precure fanseries whose plot and character elements were coincidentally used by later canon seasons.
• The Woobie: Naori/Ophiuchus definitely counts, and if Hirui and the others hadn't hugged and accepted her after hearing her tragic tale, the audience would have.
