* SugarWiki/VisualEffectsOfAwesome - Considering the budget of the film, it's frankly amazing how the CGI looks.
** Then again considering the production did take 7 years, a good few years of it rendering the CGI.. Still, for a shoestring budget and a tiny cluster of donated market grade PC's, the results give even huge studios a run for their money.
* {{Woolseyism}} - Many jokes are untranslatable, and the film crew worked hard to create a sub translation that would keep the spirit of the films and still be funny.

* HateDumb: Some American viewers didn't quite get the point of ''In the Pirkinning'', and thought it was actual neo-Soviet propaganda. They thought that Pirk was supposed to be an admirable character, rather than a borderline VillainProtagonist, and that the propaganda segment in the middle was serious, rather than a huge parody of the Soviet propaganda clips, somehow failing to notice that the movie is, well, a parody from start to finish. And they were pissed because foreigners dared to blow up the Statue of Liberty.
