Heartwarming Moment: A small one that's very easy to miss. SpongeBob didn't need a ticket to Squidward's concert because he was on the VIP list and had a reserved seat next to his friends (who were presumably on the list as well). While this isn't the first time Squidward has been nice to SpongeBob, that's still a huge favor from someone who's perpetually annoyed by SpongeBob on a regular basis.
The Gift of Gum:
Nausea Fuel: The entirety of the episode focuses on "Gummy", a giant ball of gum with various junk lodged within it. Even SpongeBob In-Universe is thoroughly grossed out by it, to the point of trying to get rid of it for most of the episode. To say nothing of Patrick's method of clearing out "Gummy" by the end.
Nightmare Fuel: "Gummy" is extremely disturbing because the episode makes it clear that whatever it is, it's sentient and not friendly. There's a point where The Last Straw for SpongeBob to decide that Gummy has got to go is when some discarded underwear crawls out of the gum, stops at SpongeBob, and says in a raspy voice:
