• I Knew It!: Many fans guessed that Kenny was Mysterion, and the trilogy confirms it.
• Older Than They Think:
  • This isn't the first time Kenny is shown being resurrected by his mother giving birth to him as a baby who wakes up fully-grown the next morning, the first time it happened was in "Cartman Joins NAMBLA" from Season 4.
  • Likewise, this isn't the first time that Kenny has complained to his friends that they don't remember him dying. "Cherokee Hair Tampons" from Season 4 (coincidentaly) had a scene where Stan cries over Kyle's impending death, and Kenny gets mad at him for never caring about his deaths, then walks off, only to be crushed by a falling piano, and Stan does not notice as he was busy crying. The difference here is that in "Cherokee Hair Tampons" this was Played for Laughs, while in "Mysterion Rises" this was totally Played for Drama.
