• Alternate Character Interpretation: At the end of the episode, did Cartman really learn a lesson and genuinely want to go back to the weight loss camp to lose his weight, or was he trying to manipulate the counselors to let him back into camp so that he can keep peddling his inventory of candy to the weak-willed campers?
• Crosses the Line Twice: The manatee dissection scene, especially after the reveal that there was a mix-up in the deliveries after the manatees had been dissected.
• Nausea Fuel: Easily one of the grossest episodes of the show, as the entire B-plot revolves around Kenny becoming famous for doing disgusting things for money (like eating manatee organs, vomit and dog crap and giving his grandfather a full-body sensual massage). After he is arrested for prostitution, a stand-in crawls up Ms. Crabtree's vagina and lives in her uterus for six hours, which can turn off even the most hardcore unbirth fetishists. Even Parker and Stone admitted to getting queasy when his corpse is shown covered in amniotic goo after she pushes it out.
• The Woobie: One of the kids named Chad has been trying to impress his mother by losing weight and gets sent to seven different fat camps because he can’t help himself with eating sweets.
