- Harsher in Hindsight: The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind happens while a plague is raging on, and Kaz thought it would be interesting to show how it affected the storyline and characters. Now that COVID-19 is affecting everyone, the author feels rather uncomfortable about this decision.
- Moral Event Horizon:
- The Thief King of Skyrim is strongly implied to have framed Adryn up because he wanted to replace her as leader of the Thieves Guild. In order to achieve that, he put her under Mind Control and forced her to kill her best friends.
- Not only the Tribunal betrayed and murdered Nerevar in order to ascend as living gods, they have hunted and killed every one of his reincarnations until Adryn.
