• That One Achievement: Shut up clown! in the Steam version, not because it's particularly hard, but because the description is entirely misleading and unhelpful. The description for this achievement simply reads "Listen to Kyra", but in order to get this achievement, Kyra doesn't actually need to speak at all - in fact, she can't. To get this achievement, during the sequence in which Sadwick must free a petrified Kyra and Renie, examine the petrified Kyra repeatedly until Sadwick repeats his dialogue. Keep doing this after every step of the puzzle (i.e. do a step, then keep examining until Sadwick repeats his dialogue, then do another step, then keep examining, etc.) and eventually you'll unlock the achievement. This achievement is so misleading that it's widely (falsely) believed to be bugged. It's not even a translation problem either - the original German description for the achievement translates as "Listen to everything Kyra has to say."
  • Fine Listener too, because this one is bugged — it's supposed to be triggered for finishing the game without skipping any dialogue, but there's a bug in the game that can sometimes cause the "dialogue skipped" flag to be randomly activated even if you haven't skipped anything. Fortunately, there's a way to "cheat" it by loading a save at the end of the game and modifying your save file.
