YMMV / Sid Meier's Starships

• Porting Disaster: While the game is not a port, it feels this way to many PC/Mac players, who think that the developers have spent way too much effort attempting to make the game playable on the iPad and not enough to ensure that it looks and feels like a proper PC/Mac game on those systems. As an example, the game completely lacks any graphics settings beyond window/full-screen (which defaults to "window", for some reason). The interface is also very simplistic, lacking the depth of a Civilization game. The release version is also full of bugs and tends to crash fairly often.
