• Base-Breaking Character: Azusa has some very vocal fans as well as haters.
  • Liz Hart, the MC, is also divisive. Some enjoy her optimism and kindness, and feel that her bravery and determination are admirable traits that serve her well throughout the story. Still others find her boring, and feel that her stubbornness and tendency to cry is annoying rather than endearing.
• Fan-Preferred Couple: Luca/Elias has a strong following in the fandom, usually alongside pairing the main character with one of the other guys such as Yukiya or Klaus.
• Scrappy Mechanic: Linked to the main character's divisive status, but often the 'good' options involve agreeing with people who insult or harass you, or behaving like a whiny child. This becomes even more obvious and egregious during routes with older characters, such as Vincent or Klaus.
