Because she behaves like a SpoiledBrat throughout the skit, more than a few fans wondered if Daddy Warbucks sent her there to get rid of her.
* AluminumChristmasTrees: Most of the toys in the "Island of Recalled Toys" are real, including the masturbating Tarzan, the Buzz Lightyear cup with the inappropriately placed straw, and the pregnant Barbie. The sole exception is the cursing Elmo though that was a reference to an Elmo Knows Your Name doll who allegedly told its owner James "Kill James".

While this specific sketch downplays it somewhat at the end by showing that even in-universe the entire sketch was staged and nobody actually died, it's still surreally dark.
** A close second would be Series/HannahMontana's Music/JohnLennon-esque murder, and Miley's friends trying to cover it up [[OfCorpseHesAlive by carrying her corpse around]].
