Crazy Awesome: Tom Howard himself. Honestly, who would build a gigantic roulette in his own casino? Not to mention the fact that he can make Rio change her clothes normally with a Costume Change!. This man is practically channeling Kotaro Taiga. It helps he has the same seiyuu.
Faux Symbolism: Wearing a wedding dress in a game of poker. That is all.
Rio gate opponents on the flying casino: Jack, Queen and King.
Growing the Beard: The plot grows a little bit darker when they introduced the flying resort.
Ho Yay: Rio and Rina themselves are a little too close for comfort.
Case and point: episode 4 opens with Rio waking up in Rina's bed. With Rina. Naked. She then wistfully remarks how last night hadn't been a dream. Yeah.
To drive the point home, Rio puts her arms around Rina when they were at the poolside.
Oh, and taking a bath together at the hot springs and Rina embracing Rio while naked. Yeah.
And later it's revealed that they're sisters making things even more awkward...
