• Ass Pull: The Ice Dancers cheating and still managing to come in first place despite being slapped with a half-hour penalty beforehand really annoyed both fans and non-fans of them.
• Never Live It Down: Some never saw MacArthur the same way again after intentionally dropping Sanders down the bore hole resulting in the latter's broken arm (even if it was accidental).
• Unintentionally Unsympathetic: The show expects us to feel bad for MacArthur after Sanders ends up breaking her arm, even though it was the aforementioned's intentional recklessness that lead to her partner getting injured.
