• Big-Lipped Alligator Moment:
  • The Curse of King Glutenramen. Some archeologists unearth a sarcophagus, awaking the spirit of a pharaoh that possesses one of them. Hero then has to kick his undead ass. You still get paid for completing the mission, but it has nothing to do with anything else in the game, and it's a blatant insertion of fantasy elements in an otherwise fairly realistic game.
  • In one office building there's a man who wants to show you his ESP powers by levitating a book. ESPers are never mentioned again, nor are psychic powers notable in any other context of the game.
• Cult Classic: Only in Japan, though.
• Scrappy Mechanic: One would expect tha the combat sections would be one of the best part of the games, but it's quite the opossite. The controls are so stiff and the collision detection is so bad that even regular mooks are extremly hard to defeat.
