• Best Known for the Fanservice: The episode has girls barely wearing anything, showering, and performing mouth-to-mouth on each other.
• Fetish Retardant: The downright overbearing amount of hypersexual fanservice, combined with John Kricfalusi's art style have been known to be a huge turn off for viewers. Knowledge of his history of statutory rape make it downright unwatchable, especially the scene of Ren fondling an Ink-Suit Actor of one of his actual victims.
• Harsher in Hindsight: Basically the entire episode in light John Kricfalusi's sexual misconduct.
  • The whole cartoon, already hard to watch as it was, is now seen as a disturbing documentary about John K.'s child grooming. Not only is the episode full of implied jailbait girls, but one who gets fondled by Ren (who, remember, is voiced by John K. himself) is a caricature of and played by Katie Rice, one of his then-teenaged victims.
  • At one point the lifeguard exposes himself to a very young girl.
  • To say nothing of the downright creepy DVD introduction to it, which features a visibly uncomfortable Rice right next to John K. while he's making casual sexist, pederastic remarks. The clip made its rounds on YouTube as "John K Being John K" a few years before Rice revealed that it was more than just talk.
• Squick: All of the scenes with the hairy guy are insanely disgusting.
