  • Catharsis Factor: PvE. Pick any difficulty setting with max monsters. Pick a character with an ability that makes them capable of mowing down countless monsters. Release the tension by painting all of the walls red.
  • Game-Breaker:
    • The BFG10K; they've managed to overpower an already overpowered weapon up to eleven. Just one blast from it has enough damage and range to clean a room full of monsters or players.
    • The fully-upgraded Gauntlet in PvE; is probably the closest thing you'll ever get to a Berserk powerup. Couple it with the Quad Damage and you can even turn monsters like the Shambler to pieces quickly without losing much health.
    • Ranger's Dire Orb gives him the ability to teleport, and also moves through scenery normal shots would go through, allowing him to otherwise breeze through PvE campaigns due to being able to teleport to areas he shouldn't have access to yet.
      • Ranger is also capable of telefragging enemies if he teleports to the Orb as it is passing through an enemy. This telefrag is an instant kill on quite literally any enemy, up to and including bosses, meaning that good timing with one's orb activation can allow them to instantly bypass otherwise long and protracted boss encounters.
      • Due to operating on similar principles, Nyx's Ghostwalk is also capable of telefragging enemies, including bosses.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight:
    • One of Serious Sam's quotes back in Serious Sam: The First Encounter's day was "Turok? Duke? Freeman? Quakeguy? All amateurs. I'm the only serious action hero around here!". In this Game Mod he meets the last three of them. This also makes all the different jabs Sam took at Duke ("the blondie guy who took... Forever to come") back in Serious Sam II and Serious Sam: The Second Encounter.
    • Likewise, all those jabs Duke threw at "one Doomed space marine" and him "ain't (being) afraid of no Quake" back in Duke Nukem 3D? He gets to meet the Doomguy and Ranger in this mod.
    • Speaking of which, Lo Wang making fun of Duke back in Shadow Warrior (1997) ("Hory cow! Look like Duke Nukem! Hahaha!") and the 2013 reboot (where the Rocket Launcher ammo is called "Nuke Dukems") also counts.
    • Caleb riffing up on Duke back on Blood also counts since not only both of them are present in the game, but Caleb was also one of the QCDE originals.
      • Also, there's an easter egg referencing "Valve and its Half-Life" back in Blood II: The Chosen. In this mod, Caleb can duke it out with or against Half-Life's main protagonist, Gordon Freeman.
  • Spiritual Successor: The mod is very similar to another called Samsara, which was also a Massive Multiplayer Crossover deathmatch mod (albeit preserving the arsenals of the characters).
