- Player Punch: This game is the last appearance of Hitoshi Kuragari, the family man ballplayer who was introduced all the way back in the second game. It's quite disheartening to find him as a homeless and emanciated wreck after all the misfortune he suffered throughout the series, and in two endings he either remains like that or dies in the hospital after reuniting with Hideko.
