• Anvilicious: Prejudice against Pokemon of different color/sex/orientation is touched upon a lot due to both Torden's dad, Shiny discrimination, and slightly due to Blessing and Scyther's sexuality. It's not difficult to figure out the Author's opinion on those through a simple readthrough. Also, everyone is entitled to their own beliefs so long as they don't force those beliefs on others.

• Harsher in Hindsight: Chapter 15 has a scene in which Mustard Jr. attempts to assassinate Queen Mkono of Swadfrieg with a grenade (which would've also killed many spectators of her return ceremony), which she survives only because she acted very quickly. The chapter was originally submitted on November 13, 2015, the night ISIS launched a much more fatal and catastrophic attack in Paris, France. This prompted a two-week hiatus for the story.
