• Nausea Fuel: The third and final level. The entire level has flesh and organs covering the floor and walls, including teeth and still breathing disembodied lungs.
• Nightmare Fuel: It's inevitable, considering this is a Survival Horror game and Scare 'Em Straight anti-smoking PSA.
  • The second part places you inside of a hospital. Outside of the typical hospital horror you'd come to expect, nothing too special happens... except for the body bags that leap and gasp when you get near them.
  • The third part is a borderline Womb Level with giant flesh and organs spread throughout the halls, including disembodied breathing lungs!
  • If you win, the message you receive is... not so pleasant.
    Announcer: You made it out. Your friends, well... they weren't as lucky. They're trapped for the rest of their lives. Tooth loss, lung disease, cancer... it isn't gonna be pretty. You got out this time, but if you play again, you might not be so lucky. You might not. be. so. lucky.
  • The worst part? The whole thing is an anti-smoking Public Service Announcement. The three things he mentions that your friends will suffer from in the maze? Those are very real consequences of smoking.
