• Jerkass Woobie: The episode turns Milah into one. Even after all she did, discovering that your husband sold your next child is a rough blow.
• Narm: When Hades and Rumple first meet, Rumple threatens him with the dagger. Hades says "put away that squiggly..." and then takes a ridiculously long pause before saying his next line.
• Rescued from the Scrappy Heap: Milah got a dose of this, first with a flashback showing that her reasons for running off with Hook were a little more nuanced than Small Town Boredom (the way she says "our future" to Rumple suggests she felt she could have eventually forgiven him, as well as her turning down Hook's advances at first). Secondly with her admitting how badly she screwed up and wishing she could make amends to her son - as well as Rumple pointing out that he was forgiven for much worse. Then she's rendered Deader than Dead (possibly) before she can.
