- Complete Monster: Mr. Bear, the owner of Caledon Local 21, was a Serial Killer who targeted children. He created several shows geared towards children, and he would frequently invite his viewers to become guest stars on the show. He would then hold the children who came to his house hostage, and filmed himself interacting with them, occasionally abusing them if they acted against his rules. After acquiring enough victims, Mr. Bear eventually drugged sixteen children before burning all of them alive and fleeing from the police, never to be seen again.
