• Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: The entire 7th floor has you being watched by human-sized ventriloquist dummies in the middle of a floor that looks to be under construction, and one even attacks you when you get in the elevator to leave. Aside from one brief cameo by the Stringy-Haired Ghost Girl, nothing on this floor has anything to do with the rest of the game and it's never explained what's up with the dolls aside from a poster implying a company that works in the building might sell them.
• The Woobie: The cleaning lady on the sixth floor does nothing but stare at you as you finish locking up, which can be quite creepy. Looking closely at her face however, shows how traumatized the poor lady is, with the gruesome and bloody scene she has to clean up.
