• Alas, Poor Villain: Despite being a serial killer who was about to hurt Inko, fans can't help but feel sympathy for Sitcom as he too was an unfortunate victim of All For One's cruel upbringing.
• Inferred Holocaust: Based on All For One's mansion alone, there are several dozen broodmares who've given birth to hundreds of children over decades to serve their Wicked Patriarch. How many of those broodmares were innocent women who were stolen away and brainwashed into becoming delusional breeding machines? How many of those children in the decades since before and after Inko's birth grew up traumatized by their father's will and were twisted into undercover agents or were brutally killed off for refusing to accept their destiny? Inko even wonders how many of them were carted off to Dr. Ujiko's laboratory to be experimented on and turned into mindless Nomu or other unholy experiments.
• Paranoia Fuel: Chapter 1 shows All Might casually intermingling with various Pro Heroes and figures who want his attention or try to extort something out of him. The unnerving part is The Reveal that every one of them is a child of All For One and were only trying to "befriend" or get close to him just to discover his weaknesses. The worst part is that Toshi was none the wiser that 98% of the people around him is related to his hated arch nemesis who's constantly working to kill him.
• Shocking Moments: The first Chapter revealing that every person All Might meets at the party was related to All For One took every reader by surprise and horror.
• Unexpected Character: Nobody expected Oboro Shirakumo to be another child of All For One.
• The Woobie: The Puppet Princess herself. Imagine having to grow up in a restrictive environment where you're raised to become an unconventional weapon for your father while your siblings either die off in the long-run or turn into hardened jerks who are out to stay alive. And now she's forced to bear a child she doesn't even want just to appease her twisted patriarch and can only worry over what will happen after she's completed her one true goal.
