• Jerkass Woobie: Pharaoh Phetlock is a textbook Ineffectual Sympathetic Villain.
• Overshadowed by Controversy: This issue is more often remembered for writer Ted Anderson adding a highly questionable cameo of a fan's original character and Anderson's response to the criticism. Which is sad, because it's an otherwise fun issue that draws inspiration from various super hero comics, much like the episode it's based on.
