• Archive Panic: As of this writing, MyCraft currently has over a million words spanning 150 chapters. Even without the Author’s Notes.
• Cargo Ship: Lenz x Asmodeus, because of his general fascination with airships. His entire speech about treating it like a woman only adds fuel to the fire.
• Ensemble Dark Horse:
  • Despite being a relatively minor character in the story, Spark placed second in a character poll, tying with Wynn and only succeeded by Cobb.
  • Z7 is the most popular character amongst the Paragons, helped in part by being The Unintelligible and a Sweet Tooth.
• Iron Woobie: Cobb suffers a lot during the story, but one would not know that when looking at his general demeanor.
• Like You Would Really Do It: There's no way that Floyd would be Killed Off for Real during the Nitebane mission, since it was just revealed that he was a Hacker all along.
• Launcher of a Thousand Ships: Cobb has amassed several ships over the course of the story. A few notable ones include Wynn, Erin, Jade… even Floyd and Carys.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Many readers were devastated to see Erin die, and some claim that she has potential to be in the Beginners as an alchemist (as it is the closest route that relates to her cooking skills) or even a dagger user (she is noted to have good throw).
• The Woobie: Floyd, oh god, Floyd. This guy was initially rejected by his spawn brother for what happened to Silent, so affected by his own guilt he got nightmares and hallucinations from them, found out he was actually one of the universally hated Hackers, almost died, returned to a creeper-infested kingdom, learning that his friend killed one in combat, being wanted as a Lieutenant for a fuckton of emeralds, finding out that killing his race allows Bounty Days to happen, his friends finding out about his Hacker status before he is able to tell them first, and then killing someone he considered a teacher. Getting thrown into jail was actually tame compared to what he went through.
