• Alternate Character Interpretation: Due to how she regards her friends - treating them as not real in spite of their relations, and claiming to not be at fault when called a murderer - Monika may be showcasing psychopath behavior. She mentally blocks out any wrongdoings she has done by convincing herself that she didn't do it to a real person, in spite of said wrongdoings including mental manipulation, pushing to suicide, and what is effectively killing them. Notably, the only times Monika ever acknowledge what she has done is when her affection is low enough, as if she's unable to keep up the self-justifying due to her mental state of mind.
• Crosses the Line Twice: The Easter Egg that occurs when you input your name as Sayori. Hearing “Sayo-nara” as soon as you confirm your name? Pretty startling. Seeing Sayori show up in the background as you’re playing hangman (complete with her progressively getting more terrified each time you guess wrong)? Hilarious.
• Nightmare Fuel: The Easter Eggs for inputting your name as either Natsuki or Yuri, especially if you forget that you named yourself that. Changing your name to Natsuki nets you her neck-snap jumpscare after you complete a game of pong, and changing it to Yuri causes the game to open with Yuri starting at you with realistic eyes. These are especially scary, since they're the only horror elements present in the mod.
