Crowning Moment of Funny: Madeline Kahn's character is the very embodiment of this trope. While many people disagree about whether the movie's plot, characters, and humor were good, most of them agree that the entire time Kahn spends stuck in an elevator makes up for it all. Trust me, this woman is genius.
And she clearly does not take well to being abandoned for too long.
