- Awesome Music: Given the genre the game is partially in, the soundtrack naturally consists of head banging metal tracks composed by Two Feathers studio itself and a variety of notable metal vocalists. It even got nominated for Best Soundtrack at the 2022 Game Awards.
- "Through You", featuring Mikael Stanne, plays during the tutorial, and gives you a taste of the soundtrack that awaits, especially when you hit the x16 multiplier for the first time and the vocals kick in.
- "Stygia", featuring Alissa White-Gluz, which plays in the Hell of the same name, is a great early introduction to the game and the soundtrack, with powerful rhythms, strong melody, and a rare example of Soprano and Gravel done by the same person.
- "No Tomorrow", featuring Serj Tankian, is an amazing sendoff, playing in the fight against the Red Judge.
- Game-Breaker: The Ghost Rounds sigil makes the first few shots from a weapon after switching to it not consume ammo. With some timely weapon swapping, you can go through an entire fight without having to reload. It's especially powerful with Vulcan, whose high power is normally balanced with its small magazine size.
- Just Here for Godzilla: Although the gameplay itself is quite solid, Hellsinger’s biggest selling point is clearly its soundtrack.
- Spiritual Successor: This game is basically what we would get if Doom and Guitar Hero had a crossover.
