YMMV / Luigi's Lament

• Awesome Art: As usual for mashed, animation in both of shorts is more than well done.
• Awesome Music: Both of "laments" are this, with the rocky, but melancholic style in first one and more upbeat tone in the second one.
• Moral Event Horizon: Bowser, big time, for lying to naive and helpless Luigi imprisoning Mushroom Kingom members and torturing them.
• The Woobie: While Luigi did fall off the deep end in the end of episode 2, it’s not hard to see why, due to being mocked and bullied by his own friends, brother and pet for years, and when paying Bowser to scare them, ending with them being kidnapped and tortured alongside him, and after being imprisoned for years, mixed with his own desire for vengeance and getting high from mushrooms turn him into a complete maniac.
