• Broken Base: There are some people who wish Larry and Steve had been made into a full-length show instead of Family Guy.
• Even Better Sequel: This is generally considered superior to the Life of Larry short.
• Just Here for Godzilla: Most people find the short notable because it's Seth MacFarlane, someone largely known for his Refuge in Audacity vulgar shock humor, making a cartoon aimed at children.
