  • One of Dean's sons, Sammy, definitely gets a lot of good moments in the episode, having friendly banter with Ramsay over the menu, rightfully bringing up both Mark and Aurelio's failures to his father, and being openly happy to see his dad be more assertive as a boss after getting yelled at him for doing something he didn't want.
