- Overshadowed by Controversy: The reveal that Golden Lane Studios was promoting and selling NFTs note did not sit well with fans, to put it mildly. While the developers tried to defend themselves by stating that this was their way of funding the project, critics pointed out that there were tons of other ways for an independent project to finance itself that didn't hinge on what is widely considerend to be an obvious scam at worst and an extremely unreliable method to make money at best.
- They Copied It, So It Sucks!: Critics tend to complain that the series borrows way too heavily from the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise, with the design of Suzy Snacktime in particular getting bashed for basically being a rehash of Circus Baby.
