• Retroactive Recognition: This show was Stephanie Sheh's voice acting debut
• Squick: Some viewers are disgusted by Mikael & Raphael's relationship, considering Mikael is a high schooler while Raphael is his teacher for most of the series; it's implied they have sexual intercourse
• The Scrappy: Noelle is disliked by Animax Asia viewers due to her annoyingly childish behavior. Which is why many are pleased that she turns out to be a Decoy Protagonist.
• Sweetness Aversion: It is a shame that most people are turned off just by seeing the art (or the face of the main character), even though the series is really good and many times it was described as "reverse Utena" (in terms of main themes and overall surrealism).
