• Adorkable:
  • A large part of the humor of the series stems from Leo, a hardened badass knight, becoming flustered and awkward whenever confronted with Houli's feelings for her, or hers for him. She also gets very eager when shopping in a weapons shop, speaking of the deadly implements with such innocent joy that Houli has to Lampshade it. While planning to give a birthday gift to Houli, she's so preoccupied she falls into the hole of a mole creature they're trying to get, pretty much Cannot Spit It Out actually giving the gift, and does a long-winded explanation in a bad attempt to keep her cool after she gives it to him.
  • Helga takes this to extremes, as her complete lack of social skills and her desire to be friends with Leo make her come off as incredibly adorable, even with her Face of a Thug.
• Ensemble Dark Horse:
  • The succubus from Chapter 38, for essentially being the Audience Surrogate and telling Leo off for not answering Houli's feelings, a sentiment shared by the fans at that point.
  • Helga is adored by the fandom for her massively Adorkable personality.
  • Sariela the Dark Elf, due to being a hilarious The Gadfly and one of Leo and Houly's biggest Shipper on Deck.
