• Retroactive Recognition: Mark-Paul Gosselar plays the impressionable son of the leader of a neo-Nazi group whose goal is to assassinate the episode's good guy, Everett Solomon (who is planning a speaking tour about the Holocaust). His first big starring role, the far-more light-hearted Saved by the Bell, was still three years off.
• Values Dissonance: A reporter is able to obtain information about who donated Everett Solomon's heart and shares it with him while in the hospital. This was bad enough when this episode was made (presumably very late 1985 or early 1986) and ethically was then (as it is now) a big journalistic no-no, but privacy laws such as HIPAA were still almost 20 years off and the information was not exactly private record.
