• Accidental Innuendo: In at least two episodes, Twinkle is referred to with the nickname "Twink", which is slang for a homosexual man.
• I Am Not Shazam: The title refers to the various workers around the town, not the kids and Fran.
• Sacred Cow: Never slander Pizza Guy, easily the show's most beloved character. Even if you don't like the show, you better like him.
• Unintentional Uncanny Valley: While most characters have generic cartoon eyes or Black Bead Eyes, Wayne has large, realistic eyes, which can be unnerving, especially when he looks directly at the audience.
