- Periphery Demographic: While the show is meant for preschoolers, the Gofrette TV series is loved by the older demographic due to its creativity and its many memorable characters.
- Quirky Work: The show is very surreal. For example, episodes can revolve around literally catching the wind, finding a blossom tree in the middle of winter, or trying to cure an extremely bizarre cold called "the Crazy Flu". But all this surrealness is why the show tries to be creative and original.
- Viewer Gender Confusion: You'll be forgiven if you thought Gofrette was a girl. It doesn't help that Sonja Ball is doing his voice.
