• Older Than They Think: Though Clampett is often associated with Daffy's crazy screwball persona, here he's a suburb-dwelling Dirty Coward and Butt-Monkey who spends the whole cartoon trying and failing to escape from (or, later on, murder) the Little Man, acting very much like the bitter loser he became in the 1950s.
