• Nightmare Fuel: Water Lily's chapter is just nonstop horrifying detail of her time under Ti Malice's thrall and the withdrawal symptoms of being separated from Ti Malice.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Misha is killed at the end of her chapter, unfortunately since an Islamic terrorist trying to stop an evil US senator sounds exciting, and Misha sounded like she was starting to question her own prejudices while in America, which could be interesting on its own. Even worse it looks like she was killed so Sara Morgenstern will be the only one to stop Hartmann.
