• Awesome Music: The OVA's ending theme, "Kako wa Anata no Mirai" by YOKO, is an impressively beautiful piece.
• So Bad, It's Good: If one can see past the amazingly unsubtle inspirations from Neon Genesis Evangelion, the plot can be surprisingly intriguing, which only makes it sadder than the OVA only covers a bit of the story.
• Values Dissonance: The OVA features an older woman seducing a teenager and having sex with him (for scientific purposes, nothing less), which would certainly not go unnoticed today.
